Roland is a multi instrumentalist playing everything from Drums, guitar, keyboards, bass and more. Roland is the founder of Global Music Group, a label distributed through Universal, where he has produced and developed hundreds of artists across multiple genres. With over 300 productions to his credit, his work reflects both a deep understanding of the industry and an ability to identify and elevate emerging talent.

Now leading Order of the Machine, Roland channels his experience into a new era of sound—fusing industrial rock, EDM, and cinematic intensity into a modern, aggressive sonic identity. Jeramie Gorman is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and the technical architect behind the sound and execution of Order of the Machine. Serving as both the band’s production lead and technical director, Jeramie is responsible for shaping the sonic identity of the project—from studio creation to live performance integration.

With a deep command of  keys, programming, and sound design, he operates at the intersection of musicianship and technology. His approach combines precision engineering with creative instinct, building tracks that are both sonically massive and structurally exact. Every element—rhythms, textures, transitions—is designed with intention, resulting in a sound that feels cohesive, modern, and powerful.
